  15. LEAD TRACKER is intended for use by anyone who operates in a marketing
  16. environment, and who wants to keep track of his/her leads. It is, in its
  17. current form, dedicated to Home Improvement contractors, but may be used by
  18. others whose business interests run along parallel lines.

  20. Tracks telemarketing sales leads and job costs and profits. Sorts, collates,
  21. and prints reports. Tracks sales leads from initial contact to call-back
  22. through sale to job completion. Powerful new P&L balance sheets yield
  23. real-time profit status. A contractor should be able to automate and control
  24. his/her entire operation using this program. Includes statistical ratios and
  25. reports.

  27. The advantage of using this system is that all formulae for the application
  28. are intrinsically included. The User is not required to implement complicated
  29. cross references nor debug any program.

  31. And because Lead Tracker is PC based, the system retains some residual equity
  32. at all times, so that if in the future the system is abandoned, or an upgrade
  33. is made, a major portion of the initial investment can be recovered. Also,
  34. since the system is PC based, any of the workstations may be unplugged from
  35. the network and used for other purposes...and then reconnected.

  37. Lead Tracker(tm) is modular in design, and expands and contracts with the
  38. User's requirements.

  40. In the case of the Cole Directories, the AutoDialer Sequencer immediately
  41. creates a record after a phone call, that can be used all the way through to
  42. job creation and computation of Profits and Taxes. Lead Tracker(tm) keeps
  43. track of past and future appointments and sales.
